Bring evidence of slavery in Hollywood to Mistress Veronica is a quest in Wasteland 2.
Overview
Depending on who the player meets first, this quest can be given by Flo or Veronica.
If the player meets Flo, she will want you to investigate possible slavery at Schwag's, and let Veronica know. This will also starts Flo's quest and follows most of the steps from it.
If the player meets Veronica at the Dungeon of Heidi's Hollywood Hideaway and asks about Heidi, using Smart Ass and then Kiss Ass, the player can get her to voice her concerns that Schwag's is a front for slavery.
Walkthrough
- Talk to Flo until you exhaust your dialogue options and she asks to meet the Rangers in the cemetery.
- Meet her there and accept the job.
- Talk to Swifty and ask him repeatedly about slavery. He will ask the Rangers to talk to him in his office.
- Meet Swifty at his office (a couch and a box next to the entrance to the sewers, a block south from Hotel California).
- Ask him about slavery, only to fend off an ambush of four slavers.
- Head into the sewer. Kill Swifty and four more slavers.
- Loot Swifty's Orderbook from the military crate near the entrance (in the enclosure with the three green crates).
- Deliver it to Veronica first, and then go inform Heidi.
Alternatives
- If Swifty is not in his office, the Rangers can simply enter the sewers and try to open the cages with the slaves.
- Swifty will appear with an entourage of four slavers. Kill them.
- Loot Swifty's Orderbook from the military crate near the entrance (in the enclosure with the three green crates).
- Deliver it to Heidi and inform Veronica.
Reward
- Veronica's trust.
- Slaver loot and kill experience.
