Irwin Fletcher is a Mannerite living at the Angel Oracle.

Background[edit | edit source]

Fletcher is a Mannerite who constantly runs into problems. In 2102, his biggest one is that he has (allegedly) caused a roach infestation by neglecting to wash his shirt for weeks on end. The dirt caused damage to the Oracle and as a result, Fletcher was condemned to execution for breaching Manners: By dying on the arena.

The primary reason for his negligence seems to be the fact that his wife, Elizaveta, has been keeping to herself lately. Fletcher became depressed as a result and started slipping up in his duties. However, he was framed in a bid by Mr Manners to take his wife away from him.
