A trader from the Springs who was normally on 82 duty, running packages and messages up Interstate 82 to Aspen, Opie lost his glasses and with a bum leg was in no shape to fight the Breathers, so he hid away in the employee lounge, away from Vic's... Things. He's damn glad to see the Rangers, though.
