This young red-headed man is decked out with tools, ready for work. He turns to you, not pausing his fervent chewing.
Randy is currently working at the Bizarre to gather enough money to pay off kidnappers who murdered his parents and are holding his siblings hostage. He is overqualified for the position, but beggars can't be choosers and he needs the cash. However, the Rangers can change that.
