The rude, stuck up son of Mayor Sam van Graas has been placed in charge of the distillery, thanks to him coming up with an unique tequila recipe. The fact has gone to his head and made him a horrible person to interact with.

Chris van Graas knows the recipe, but he ain't tellin'. The only way to procure it is to break into the vault in the bank and pilfer his locked ammo box.
Chris will also hire the Rangers to kill his father and Steven Dengler, so that he controls Rodia.
Chris turns hostile if the Rangers attack any of the Leather Jerks before killing Steven Dengler. If Chris is killed even while hostile, Mayor Sam van Graas will not be willing to interact with the Rangers even if he is freed.
