A grey plastic block with a silvery-black ribbon strung along two spools in the center. It looks like a computer storage device of some kind, but you'll need equipment to read it.
Characteristics
Can be traded to Ethil Mercaptain in the endgame for a computer-assisted choke, computer-assisted barrel stabilizer, computer-assisted stabilization, and computer-assisted targeting.
