Ma Brown is the greatest chili artist Hollywood has ever seen.
Background
A stocky woman, Ma used to run Brown Crown, the finest chili establishment in Hollywood. Trouble is, she isn't exactly big on keeping her kitchen sanitary, which resulted in a higher than average client mortality. In response, the HCC shut down her establishment, robbing her of her livelihood (and saving lives). Since then, Heidi has been playing hardball and refusing to let Ma reopen her chili joint.
