Robert "Horchata" is the doctor of Rodia in Wasteland 2.
Background[ | ]
A man of Mexican ancestry, with a handsome, craggy face besmirched only by his mismatched eyes, Horchata is a man devoted to his craft. Robert Horchata works tirelessly to find a way to save the people of Rodia from the mysterious illness that has been claiming the lives of farmers, further weakening an already weakened town. His efforts are frustrated by a lack of access to specialist equipment that would allow him to investigate the disease in detail.
He originally lived in Angel Oracle, but was expelled for his foul manner of speaking and "bad bedside manner." As a parting gift, he pilfered the medical supplies locker, leading to perpetual enmity between himself and Oracle's Dr Edwinson.

She shrugged.
“Never mind. It’s a dumbass nickname. What about you?”"
