Born and raised near Highpool, Melson is a born jock in appearance, with a massive neck that dwarfs his head and biceps straining under the pressure of his T-shirt. He is eager to prove himself and see the Rangers rule the wastelands, which puts him in natural opposition to General Vargas and his more cautious, measured strategy.
